Melissa has been involved in High Performance football for over 20 years as a scout, analyst and coach in a variety of different settings. She has a playing background at a semi-professional and professional level, and with International age group Futsal teams. Despite this experience at a high level, she believes that her coaching practice is constantly evolving and is committed to her ongoing leadership development to keep improving her craft and supporting the teams and people she works with to achieve the goals.

He also works with the Director of Coach Education in Belgium sharing his knowledge and experience from the field and cooperating on developing coaching methodology. Ives has been The Belgian Red Flames head coach for 12 years and holds a UEFA PRO diploma.
Ives is a continual learner, and has experience as youth coordinator, working across both the boys and girl’s game.

His academic background includes a BSc in PE & Sports Science from Loughborough University (1985-89). Over the years, McGuinness has held several significant roles, including Education & Welfare Officer, Centre of Excellence Director, Assistant Academy Director, and U18 coach at Manchester United from 1992 to 2016.
He later joined the English FA as a Senior Coach Developer from 2017-2021. In 2021, he took on the role of Academy Head of Player Development at Leicester City, a position he held until 2022. Currently, he operates McGuinness Football Consultancy.

Youssif has coached at grassroots and elite youth level for over 12 years, holding an AFC/FA B Licence. He has frequently traveled abroad to further his sporting education and experience including attending seminars with UEFA Pro License candidates and has also worked in match analysis with Granada CF in LaLiga.
Youssif holds an MBA in Sports Management and is currently completing his PhD in the field of Curriculum Development at Victoria University whilst holding a Lecturing position at Western Sydney University. He has also presented at national and international conferences on football curricula that aim to develop talent. His work thus far has been noticed by professional clubs and national federations, including FIFA.

Having worked in England for the last 8 years within the WSL, Tanya has won three FA cups and Two WSL league titles with current champions Chelsea, as well as experience within the Champions League. She has had extensive experience at both domestic level in Australia and England, as well as recently being appointed as the Senior Women’s Manager for Northern Ireland.
Tanya has developed her own understanding of her leadership style across her coaching journey, and having experienced many different high performing environments, is always looking to develop and evolve to be the best version of herself she can be, as well a share her learning with other coaches on their journey.
